Hand-in-Hand in Ministry Together

United Methodist Women is a community of women who rtureture and encourage one another in their spiritual growth, personal leadership and transformation.

Our Purpose:  The organized unit of UNITED METHODIST WOMEN shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God, and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church

United Methodist Women...

Rise!
Join hearts and clasp hands to fulfill our PURPOSE.
Address the critical needs of the world:
Loosen the bonds of injustice -- free the oppressed,
      Remove the pointed finger.
Share bread with the hungry and welcome the homeless.
Proclaim Good News to the poor.

Shine!
Be the light of the world -- radiate Christ’s love.
Dawn a new day resplendent with God colors,
And end the night of wrong.
Bring in the day of sisterhood.
Weave our many gifts of United Methodist Women
To build a new city of God.

Glorify God!
Rejoice in the Lord always.
Remember the wonderful works God has done.
Make known God’s deeds among the peoples.
Let all our works praise God’s holy name.
